The branches owned by the company are used for stocking, imparting technical knowledge among users, dealers and fitters, providing service backups and passing the advice, suggestions and criticism from the end users to the concerned authorities for improvement and upgrading. The job of SAI ENGINERING does not end with the sales but also to see the customer getting the maximum benefit out of it. As indicated earlier intense customer care is taken in keeping the products with minimum maintenance. Every effort is taken to off-set the delay in getting the ordered goods from source. It is the policy of that customer should not” SAI ENGINERING” suffer because of lack of spares. Apart from that the spares for products even for the models that are produced 10 years back are available at the factory

A fully functional service centre operates within the company with the facility to repair any products within 2 or 3 Days. Branches, distributors and dealers are advised to have sufficient spares at their authorized service centers.

SAI ENGINEERING operates a quality management system which compiles to the established international standards. We have a team of quality control engineers and employees who ensure that quality is maintained at every level of production. At this stage, all our electric motors & Pumps are tested on the parameters of their tensile strength, durability, resistance to heat, etc.

Raw materials like Rotor, Impeller, Ball Bearing, Bush and Shaft after thorough research and from highly reliable vendors. The company has an in-house testing laboratory that checks all the products for any kind of production flaws or difference.

In order to ensure total customer satisfaction, we guarantee to replace any piece of our product in case of manufacturing defect is found. Our electric motors & Pumps have been accredited with quality certificates for their excellent quality.
